Our short training day programme looks at the human side of the change process, focusing on the stages we go through in a change cycle. In developing greater understanding, participants can then see change as an opportunity for self-motivation and innovation and identify strategies for the acceptance and implementation of change in the workplace.

Beginning with pre-programme DISC or Eqi profiling and feedback, this thought provoking and challenging programme invites each participant to re-examine beliefs, values, actions and motivators. The programme also includes, goal setting and achievement from planning to persistence, addressing the beliefs that limit as well as developing and hone assertiveness skills.
Teams– Communicating and Cohesive
Anne, our Lead Coach at Accend, is a Belbin® Team Role Accredited Consultant.
The programme develops teams to high level communication and cohesion by promoting trust and rapport. Our programme explores team player style and how it impacts on the group dynamics. Participants identify the key elements to move a team from involvement to empowerment, develop strategies for dealing with team conflict and understand how action planning and analysis tools can help your team perform better.
