At Accend, we don’t adopt a standardized approach to leadership development but rather we work with you to choose the style that makes the most of your effectiveness in a given situation.

Our one to one coaching provides a dynamic and objective platform to support and challenge today’s leader. 

Using DISC profiling and Bar-On Eqi Emotional Intelligence tools, we co-create a comprehensive and strategic action plan, increasing performance to optimum levels, both in our client’s professional and personal lives.
